Land Surveying in Colorado

Hello, I'm a Professionally Licensed Surveyor in the State of Colorado. I have been surveying and drafting since the young age of 13. I have started a new company called Alles Surveying, Inc. We provide many services including: Property, Boundary, Topographical, Alta/Acsm, and Improvement Surveys. We also provide many certificates including: Floodplain Certificates, Improvement Location Certificates, Foundation Improvement Location Certificates, Drainage Certificates, and Grading Certificates. If you need CAD drafting we are the place as well.

Alles Surveying, Inc. is a firm, which emphasizes personal service. We seek to serve our clients by providing timely, quality, and personalized attention. Alles Surveying, Inc. believes in hiring only professional, qualified and dedicated individuals. Many of my competitors believe in hiring less expensive and qualified people to do the work for them. Why not hire someone to do the job for less, right? I believe this occurs the client is not getting the quality service or correct attention. We all would like to believe that when you hire somebody do the work, that they would do it correctly. We live in the real world and people do not always do as they are suppose to. That is why the saying exists, “If you want a job done right, do it yourself.” Alles Surveying, Inc. will have a Professional Licensed Surveyor working directly on the project from start to finish.

I know that our surveying prices are fair. We are aware of our competitor’s prices and will beat or match them. The only survey that we may be higher priced is the Improvement Location Certificate (ILC). This is because we believe in doing an actual survey. When you read the certification on an ILC it says it is not a survey. Many of my competitors believe that they do not need to do a real survey because of this. They spend five minutes estimating and quickly taping the building without tying it to property corners. When the homeowner finds out they spent money on something that is not real and they can’t use, they are very upset. I know that when clients are given the option for a real survey that they can use, verses one they can’t, the choice is clea.
