If you over eat meat, you might have overweight problem as long with other potential disease. Therefore, try to eat more vegetables, fruit and drink more water. Based on statistic, farmed fish may have hormones, antibiotics and organochlorine chemicals like DDT, and dioxin. Also, fish in contaminated waters many have high levels of PCBs, or mercury to endanger your health. Another research shows animal waste produces water and air pollution. 4. Buy less processed and packaged foods. The study shows highly processed food product may have little natural food and nutrition, instead, it may have high in fat, sugar or salt. Besides, it may contain genetically engineered soy additives like soy lecithin and bad for your health.
